SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times can vary greatly depending on the product, in many cases products can take 4-5 weeks to ship, the plus to that is that in most cases shipping is free if you live in the US, or Asia. Europe can cost a bit more, but the expected shipping time is also 4-5 weeks.

LATE DELIVERY / MISSING ORDER
In the case of your product NEVER being delivered, please reach out to support@allneek.com and provide evidence IE: Tracking number and receipt, and we will offer a full refund in that case. If the product is either still out for delivery or was delivered later than the expected date please email support@allneek.com and we will offer a smaller level of compensation but will do our best to make things right for you.
